Refund and Returns Policy

Customers can return new, unworn, and unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days for a refund. Please note that items should not be altered. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy or are determined to be fraudulent.

All returned items must be in their original condition, neatly folded with tags and plastic bags intact. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for damaged, unsalable, or rolled-up items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, unopened or in its original packaging with all tags attached.  Items in less-than-perfect condition or with tags removed will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team for assistance, and a replacement will be sent.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and review the returned product. Returns should be neatly folded and returned in their plastic bag to avoid snagging or damage during transit.
  • Please ensure that products are returned within 30 days of receipt (or by January 15th for holiday returns) and keep your return tracking number as proof of shipment.
  • For holiday purchases made between November 15th and December 15th, we offer an extended return policy until January 15th of the following year. Items must be received by January 15th. All other purchases are subject to our standard 30-day policy.
  • Returns on orders that received Free Shipping will incur a restocking fee of 10% or $20 of the order total (whichever amount is less).
  • Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Shipping return costs will be refunded only for merchant errors.
